Lake Research Partners – Memo on Voter Support for the Care Agenda

MomsRising is pleased to share findings and analysis from our latest messaging research, which is in-depth and offers powerful and useful information to help focus the narrative and engage and turn out mom voters this year. We contracted with Lake Research to conduct quantitative and qualitative research with a dual purpose to more fully understand the attitudes of voters, and specifically moms and caregivers, when it comes to the upcoming elections; and to support our longer-term work to advance a policy agenda that addresses what families need to thrive economically, including both care infrastructure and access to abortion.

Today we are sharing the information that is most relevant to the upcoming midterm elections. Key findings follow. They are based on a dial survey of 1,500 likely voters conducted from August 12 – 21. MomsRising is using these findings, along with our extensive grassroots GOTV work, to empower moms and caregivers to vote in this election.
